At Island Diving, we believe that yoga and scuba diving complement each other perfectly. In particular, the practice of yoga is ideal for preparing the body and mind for a dive. It helps to control breathing, strengthen concentration and calm the mind, creating optimal conditions to fully enjoy the underwater experience.
We offer you the unique opportunity to combine these two activities: you can participate in a yoga session on our boat before your dive to prepare your body and mind for the adventure. If you prefer a moment of relaxation at sea without diving with others, we also offer yoga sessions while you enjoy the calm of the surrounding waters. Whether you want to practice before or after the dive, yoga helps you enter a state of mindfulness and well-being.
